My daughter had a eye test and we asked could we have the prescription to get glasses somewhere else for a change was given the prescription but not the nhs code, now refused to give it to us after we have ordered glasses somewhere else. After telling me we could do this. They won’t give us the nhs code saying we don’t now need new glasses after saying we could do this, her glassware 2 years old and are scratched and broke and she’s now got no glasses. Really upsetting service after we have always used you.This should have been said at the time instead of changing your mind after I have ordered.Feel very letdown by you.Such a shame, as this is never a problem when we get our glasses from you, so clearly dont like it if you order your glasses somewhere else.Such a shame we can’t recommend you anymore, the lady on the phone was rude and very unhelpful about the situation

I’ve been using Hing Opticians for many years, you’re made to feel so comfortable and the service is faultless. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. I particularly love the fact Laura helps me choose my glasses, she is very knowledgeable and invaluable.
By far the best opticians my family & I have ever been to. They are very friendly, efficient and take care to understand any problem you may have. Their hearing service is also brilliant and I recently took my 80 year old mother there and she was looked after brilliantly. Would not hesitate to recommend.
